Rental Details
We aim to make your trailer rental simple, secure, and flexible.
To reserve a trailer, complete your reservation request. This will bring you to your main reservation page where you will sign the rental and other agreements, make payment and submit documents.
Documents may be able to be automatically verified which will mark your reservation booked. Otherwise, a member of our team will manually verify your documents and either book your reservation or reach out with any issues.
As your rental time approaches you will receive an e-mail, and if you opted in, a text message to remind you of the upcoming rental and location and addiitional instructions. Once you get your rental, you will need to complete the check-out form.
Upon return, you will complete a check-in form. After final inspection our team will close out your rental, process any additional charges or release the hold on your security deposit.
Renter Information
Drop‑Off / Pick‑Up Location
Drop‑off & pick‑up are billed as follows:
First 10 miles are free (one-way radius). After that, drop-off and pick-up are billed at $3.00 per mile (round trip) for the mileage beyond the 10-mile radius per trip.
You can also choose our standard public drop-off / pick-up point at the TA Travel Center located at 10835 John Wayne Dr, Greencastle, PA 17225 (Exit 5, I-81).
Examples: 7 miles away → $0. 12 miles away → 2 miles beyond radius → 4 billable miles (round trip) × $3 = $12 per trip.
Security Deposit
A $100.00 security deposit is required.
The security deposit refund policy is as follows:
- The deposit will be refunded after the return inspection is completed, minus any charges for damages.
- If you cancel your reservation, the refund of your security deposit will follow our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- No call, no show: No refund on the rental amount and your security deposit will be returned minus any credit card processing fees.
- Cancelled within 2 hours of rental start: 50% of rental. Your security deposit will be returned minus any credit card processing fees.
- Cancelled more than 2 hours before rental start: You’ll receive a full refund of all payments, including your security deposit, less any credit card processing fees.
